Sport injury

This refers to an injury sustained practising or competing in a sport. Parts of the body usually affected include: thigh, foot, knee, lower leg, ankle, hip, finger. The types of injury vary from fractures, bruises, strains, sprains, heat exhaustion, lacerations, etc. Most frequent injuries are associated with most martial arts e.g. judo, tae kwon do, wrestling, and boxing but they do arise with gymnastics, power lifting, track & field, soccer, rugby, etc.
